What are your delivery charges and the delivery times?
If you shop above 1000 delivery is free and below 1000 its Rs 100. Order generally gets dispatched in 1-2 working days and shipment time is around 1-2 working days inside Valley outside valley it takes 2-4 days.

What are payment method available?
Cash on Delivery available on (Inside Valley, Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj) other places we are accepting Direct Bank Transfer and Esewa

How to Track my order?
Just simple Login to your account and select for Purchase history and you can Track your order.

What happens if I receive damage product?
Please mail us the invoice number and also the images of the damaged product. Need to notify immediately once the product received.

How to change OR cancel my order?
To cancel the order you need to request for cancellation from your login ID and If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us immediately after making your purchase @ 9802624342. Product once used to seal is broken will not be taken back.

How do I add or subtract product to my existing order?
Once you place an order it cannot be added or subtracted. To add a new product you need place a new order.

How do I know if my order was Placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also review your order by clicking Track Order under the My Account.

How do I use a coupon code?
To use your coupon code, you can add all the products you want to purchase on your cart and proceed to check-out process. There will be a space under Have a Code in review order page of the checkout process.enter your code on the 'review order' page where you can enter your code.
